The proud Tiger took in the vast landscape, then turned and demanded of the Racoon, “When you look at me, what do you see?” The Raccoon, wanting to please the Tiger replied, “You are king of all you survey. All the animals respect you, and fear you. You can go where you please, and do as you please. Your greatness is only out-shined by your power. I see a strong ruler.” Delighted by the Raccoon’s assessment of his prowess, the Tiger laughed. “Indeed!” Next, the Tiger next prodded the Antelope, “Antelope, when you look at me, what do you see?” The Antelope also hoping to gain the Tiger’s favor, replied, “You ensure there is order, and rules are followed. If everyone does as you say, there is peace and if not, they pay the price. You protect us from ourselves, and for that we revere you. I see a great leader.” Swelling with pride the Tiger agreed with the Antelope. “True!” Then the Tiger turned to the Llama and asked, “When you look at me, Llama, what do you see?” The wise Llama, looked at the Tiger and thought for moment. Then she replied,
