Lie down in a comfortable position, llama. Stare at the ceiling or sky and let your vision soften. Feel your breath pushing against your back and raising you towards the clouds. Let the energy of the earth pool beneath you. Sense the light from nature moving up from your shoulder blades and into your lungs as you breathe out stress and breathe in compfort. Relax your eyes, your cheeks, your jaw. Imagine all obsticles before you disappearing and allowing you to float toward your goal. As you drift higher and higher, you feel the feathery push of the breeze. The breeze…that blows…through…
